Lauda blames Italians for chaos at Ferrari

Primarily starting during the 2007 Formula One season, Italians are the main nationality in charge at the Scuderia Ferrari, replacing the multiple nationalities that once worked within the upper management. Most noticeably there were English, French, and Germans, but their absence is what has brought problems to the Scuderia, since the Italian way of doing things is not as effective or efficient, says Niki Lauda.

Lauda told the 'Daily Mail', "In those days, Ross, because he is English, was the ideal bridge between the Italians, with their spaghetti culture, and Schumacher, with his German efficiency.”

"Now the Italians are running it all," he added. "Does it work? It could be chaos. That's the problem."
