Rossi interested in possible third car

As has been stated by Ferrari's Luca di Montezemolo, the current teams are looking at the idea of running a third car in the 2010 season. And as a racer that is always eager to drive on four wheels, MotoGP star Valentino Rossi would be interested to drive in Formula One should the third car be reinstated, should his contract with the Yamaha MotoGP team not be in place next year that is.

"I am quite happy about it, it could happen in 2011 -- why not?" Rossi said to the Italian media.

Whilst not forgetting the reality of things, "In 2010 I have a contract with Yamaha so it would be difficult or even impossible. What's more, Ferrari do not have a third car and I have taken no decision about changing sport."
