In the wake of the departure of Flavio Briatore and Pat Symonds after the 'Crashgate'-scandal, the Renault F1 Team has undertaken a reshuffle of its technical department. Bob Bell, who was promoted to team principal, will be replaced as Technical Director by James Allison. Steve Nielsen promoted from Team Manager to the position of Sporting Director and will take on the responsibilities of Pat Symonds.
