Yamamoto to race in GP2

Sakon Yamamoto, the Super Aguri F1 Team test driver alongside, has reached an agreement with BCN Competicion, one of the teams competing in GP2. Yamamoto took over from Franck Montagny as race driver for the Japanese Team for the final Grands Prix of the season. After the signing of Anthony Davidson for the 2007 season, Yamamoto was given the role of test driver alongside third driver Giedo van der Garde. The Japanese driver will combine racing in GP2 with his job as test driver for Super Aguri.
