Scuderia Toro Rosso driver, Tonio Liuzzi, his 8th place at Fuji today is under investigation as the race stewards suspect that the Italian overtook Adrian Sutil under yellow flags. Liuzzi is confident that nothing will happen and that he'll keep his point as he declared that he overtook Sutil under green flags and not yellow ones.
