Kovalainen tops second free practice

F1 Grand Prix, GP Great Britain, Silverstone Circuit

Heikki Kovalainen proved fastest in the second free practice for the British Grand Prix. He is followed by Webber, Hamilton and Coulthard. Felipe Massa meanwhile had to sit out most of the session while his mechanics were repairing his Ferrari from an earlier crash in FP1.

Red Bull have done surprisingly well in FP2, while Renault have fallen back from their top 10 places in the first practice to 15th and 18th places.
