Damages will go to FIA Foundation - Mosley

FIA President, Max Mosley, has won the privacy case against the British newspaper 'News of the World'. The judgement, which was delivered this morning, rules in favour of Mosley and awards him £60,000 in damages.

Mosley promised that the damages will go to the FIA Foundation. In a statement he said: "As I promised at the outset, the damages will go to the FIA Foundation to further their work for road safety and the environment.
