Why can I see view new post then 15min later they are gone? Can that be change or fix? This started today or late last night.

Now that external 'winglets', strakes & the like - projecting from fairings have been added to the 'BANNED' list..

Will Ducati be seeking the assistance of parent company Audi's race tech aerodynamics engineers...
- to devise a downforce solution - which fits inside a ( possibly bulged) G.P. bike race fairing?

Yes they are for real, though Ducati is still undecided about using them
I saw a photo of a side view without the rider on the bike, but can't remember what site had the photo
a couple of different views, I sure we'll see some more in the next few days

Yes Pierce89, an early Britten, powered by a speedway sidecar V-twin, before he developed his own engine.
Britten was interested in the aero-aspects of roadracing, & his later land-speed machine utilized a `50s style
GP 'dustbin' fairing, of the type banned by the FIM - to keep the 'open wheel' look - still seen in MotoGP today.

John Britten was one awesome dude to singlehandedly go up against the huge manufacturers and not only be competitive, but was actually a bike capable of winning races. That's the stuff of legends, in my book. Surely one of the most under recognized racing engineers of all time. Stroud could absolutely fly on that thing.
