Everybody gets confused with this engine formula. It's not the hp you can get,it's the energy you can get from the fuel.(the PU with the higher efficiency wins) So pretty much look at the modern marine diesel power plants for clues.Every % better means more power from the limited flow and capacity.
You seem to be confused because at the end of the day the more power you can get out of every drop of fuel also means your engine's efficiency has increased.
It is not the hp. Honda ICE is between the MB and Ferrari in power but at that power setting,Honda would be 10kg of fuel short to finish the race. Also Honda can't make that power with full ER at the same time.

Canada updates for Honda is new fuel and mapping only.

Nico did both tests last season, its not a big deal, they both did more than enough in winter testing to know the car by now. Personally I think these tests should only be for the young/development/reserve drivers because they get little opportunity to drive these beasts. I'd be interested to hear Pascal comparing the Manor and Mercedes but i'm sure he will keep quiet.

That's very important note there ...So that means that shouldn't effect them under qualifying cause you don't need to ER during Quali?

No reliability updates in Canada?

Hamilton won't be bothered; he doesn't like testing.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Neither Alonso. It seems that he had enough during 2001-2009 years haha.

So if the fuel flow limit went to 110kg instead of 105kg for next year, theoretically, McLaren Honda would be about 4th-8th (being generous) with the right aero and chassis but the same engine?
Friendship with Honda ended, Renault is my new (and more reliable) friend.

That would mean no tokens used, but they´re claiming a token upgrade. Am I missing something here?

They dont know when the updated will be introduced. Firstly was Canada, now perhaps Austria. Who knows...
