Dizziness due to g-forces and neck muscles have nothing to do with each other. Dizziness comes from lack of oxygen in the brain, because you can't pump enough blood to the head. Fighter pilots have special suits that "squeeze" blood out if their legs towards the rest of their bodies to handle extreme g loads. It's a bit the same when you get up to quickly and feel dizzy, by putting tension on your legs, the dizziness disappears almost instantly.
Neck muscles are to keep the head straight trough fast corners and under braking.

The dizziness can be avoided by being in good shape, food stsmina. All F1 drivers have loads of that. They can do 2 GP distances a day in current cars without problems. No worries there.
The few extra percent of g forces are very trainable. Few extra weights during their normal training and that's been taken care off.

The muscle tissue visible to the eye, with the relative small change in speed, wouldn't be really noticeable.
