Looks like separation in high d/f trim...
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

F150 (sue me; my daughter's a lawyer) looking good; ie, fast and putting in a lot of laps.

In high d/f trim, the flow would follow the wing profile and leave at the trailing edge of the flap, thereby dragging out all the paraffin wax uptil the top

Also, why would u want separation in high d/f, would the wing not stall ?

Makes more sense that that flow pattern developed when the ARW was used

You're assuming that they've designed the wing correctly. Sure, you don't want separation but the point of testing things is to see what's actually happening.

interesting watching the cars through the senna chicane ...there is a small compression on the exit ; the McLaren looks to have a slightly softer front suspension than last year

and my suntan is coming on nicely , thank you ....forecast says rain likely tomorrow which would be good in my view , like to see the cars in the wet

Heidfeld looking good for the Renault seat: consistent lap times, no mistakes, quite fast on a flying lap.

It will be really embarassing for Vitaly Petrov if Nick Heidfeld qualifies ahead of him in Bahrain's GP. Still not sure thou, testing does'nt reveal much... ofcourse the replacement are trying a bit more to impress the team...
