Interesting. I wonder how far it can be developed and what sort of temp difference is worth having?
The 'spin' mentioned, I assume it is particle spin not actual usable motion? anyone know this?

It seems like a surface oscillation (charge -/0) that effects close proximity coils. They probably have a very thin temp range that they operate under if that is the case.
