Are they planning any upgrade for this weekend? None of the driver mentioned it.

Actually perez did mention about upgrade for silverstone during an interview at last race weekend.

May be its minor upgrade or a fix for a problem and hence not much has been said. Its my speculation.

I doubt VJM09 likes high speed corners; it will be a big test for FI. They will be relying on tire strategy (or rain) to get something out of this weekend.

Absolutely.
It's the shortest wheelbase car in the field, so it makes sense, yes.

Also, they only had the 6th best car in high-speed Barcelona. (Same tyre allocation.)

They are downgrading to their old rear suspension.

Looks like they`ve gone the same route as most with the outside of the front wing, the curve and then flat stepped section before the endplate..

thats a pretty big change,but didn't they race it in austria???

Pretty sure Hulkenberg did (iv`e just checked on telly and he deffo did), not sure about Perez although i`d assume he did.
