McLaren MCL32 Honda

There's some new bolt-on/trimming parts for the bargeboards and front of the floor, + poss. new rear wing/monkey seat by the sounds of it. As usual it's friend of friend for source so pinch of salt - but 100% on the BB/Floor parts.

Now it's just the usual game of spot-the-difference ;)

Hard to spot. Why they not use old RW, since it has higher downforce (higher AOA and larger upper element) over the New one.

Wait and see what they run tommorow, a lot of the parts are last minute.

A larger upper element doesn't mean more downforce, in fact it may be quite the opposite, since a larger element has to stay flatter to fit the dimensions that the rules allow, and by the pictures this wing seems to have quite a steep angle.
Can you show a picture of the older one for comparison?

Interesting to see that they had quite an interesting front rim design, which probably took quite a bit of development to get to, and now they just reverted to the style that everyone else is using.

Best shot I've seen of the new diffuser introduced in Spain.

Didn't we hear news of a major upgrade at Monaco? Something on the lines of part 2 of the Spain upgrade?

Small bits and profile tweaks can make as much difference as the big visually striking parts though.
