Aston Martin Red Bull Racing TAG Heuer RB14

The size of that opening is just mad, and it's interesting to see a different interpretation of the Ferrari sidepods lowered side crash structures.

I keep staring at this sidepod opening, just wow, it kinda reminds me of the mp4-27 but even that is ''big'' compared to this.

If any team came up with a different air intake to go with the halo I thought it would be RBR. However air intakes (on the 3 cars shown so far) don't seem to have changed appreciably due to the halo.

The wing mirror mounts are odd, they both curve the same way, the right hand one is the same as the left. Maybe a little error in the photo editing?

As it's an actual car and not a render, it's the first time we've seen the 3-d camera too. Those sidepods are sooo narrow! Maxed out engine cover, halo looks like a lower drag treatment than the Toro Rosso or McLaren multiwings. Overhead intake looks bigger than last year, so maybe that's doing more cooling.

Love the livery, I wish they'd keep their 'special' liveries, regularly better than the race ones.

Check out at how unusual the RB14 upper wishbones on the front suspension are linked to the chassis! And how bent they are!

I really love the engine cover!! How smooth it is! Not seen this idea for long! I think due the new location of the side crash protector, this is possible! :)

So extreme and brutal design. Well done Red Bull. Seems that Renault really improved packaging of PU.

What a nice car!

- completely reworked front suspension
- s-duct is back
- sidepod cooling inlets are crazy. look at how they incorporated the crash structure!
- super thight packaging

Looks a bit odd on some shots but they don't curve to the side, they curve back.

I really love the look of that car and the sidepods are very interesting.
