Is that a new fin there behind the existing one? They have changed the car significantly!

This car is starting to look like third best, with an engine that makes it second best.
Do you think it's because of their aero in the sidepod area? Should they have gone the route of Ferrari and Red Bull?
They are not developing their car at the same pace of those two teams either.
You can't develop a car as fast as you want if it's reaching it's development limit.
Couldn`t resist :P

Need to see a better picture of the front wing but it looks like the top 2 [or maybe just the 2nd down] elements have been slightly changed to lip up.

Comparison new Sidepod W09

If you look through towards the rear of the side pod in that comparison you can see how much they've "tucked" the bodywork in. The coke bottle is now much more compact.

Wow, that looks like a complete overhaul of the car. Sidepods similar to ferrari, rear wing apes Mclaren. Incredible amount of changes.

That was revised a couple of races ago - no new part on the FW as far as I can tell

Is it possible that the mirror is just sitting on that stalk? One would expect a 'cleaner' bonding of the pieces otherwise - or does it have to be connected in order to be there in the first place?

in all fairness. I can't see how this is allowed but fins on Ferrari's Halo mirrors weren't.

Major overhaul of the car - damn near a B spec from an aero perspective, and of course running the new engine means its essentially a new car

Is it attached to the Halo?

No?

That's how
