Is it the angle or is the wheelbase shorter?
Mercedes said the wheelbase is the same as 2018 car.
Despite significant changes to many areas of the car, the W10 also retains some of the characteristics of its predecessors, as the general architecture and the wheelbase stay the same.

Great looking car! Compact, narrow and much better livery alltogether. The engine cover seems to be very tidy. A bit surprising they went back to old-style sidepod design.

It looks fast.

I see only two, the outboard one is sculped for airflow

The new livery makes some of the important bits very dark and hard to make out. It'll be very interesting to see this car from the top down to get an idea of how the narrow sidepods work the air into the coke bottle area.

Very different to last year's car and all the other ones we have seen so far. Either they will change the pods as time goes by or they are a response to the new front wing regs. Perhaps Merc have concluded that since tyre wake cannot be controlled anything like as well as previously, they're best off simply moving the bodywork out of its way.

Just 2 mounts, that is just other bodywork lines looking like 3rd mount

That green line is just an optical illusion. Look at it from other angles and you can see that there is nothing there supporting the mirror. Only two supports.

On the picture taken from the side it seems that the halo features a small wing in its center section to create downwash. Perhaps to feed the intake, as it is slightly "blocked" from the HALO
