Lots of winglets underneath the nose. Almost reaching to the barge board front end

It would be good to know the actual surface area of the sidepod openings, because I don't actually think they are much smaller. I think its a bit of an illusion because they are narrow and tall compared to short and wide.

At these pictures you can easily see what James Allison was talking about. They have reworked the rear suspension quite a lot. I'm not techincally sound enough to explain it but the lower part of the upper arms is now attaching much further inwards from the tyre. So heavily changed angles and forces for the rear wheels in 2019. Wonder if this solves the rear tyre degradation weakness Mercedes had?

Hey, they finally used the suggestion I gave them for keeping the Petronas text black with white stroke! =D>

Sounds lovely, looks lovely, just a week to go now!

Lewis should be happy with this car. Here is another championship capable car. Look at the nose and front suspension.

We don't know that yet. Everything's open at this point.

The car looks simply interesting, as do all Mercedes' cars.

They retained the upper front suspension mounts while STR reverted back to a lower in wheel hub mount. Very tidy sidepods. Looks to be the most developed of the cars out of the box that we've seen so far which should be expected. I'm sure Ferrari will be the same.

What about the fat air intake and a fat rear wing?

You can definitely see it in the chassis - nose junction and in the sidepod width.
