Now that is a good looking car!

The Mirrors it looks really good, Good idea, lets see if anybody else has thought of it.

The Nose looks slightly differant to last years. I wonder if thats the car we will see when they launch or if this is a test car made up of some of the new bits. to me the Intakes look much the same as last years. I cant see the Barge boards properly, Are they smaller?
I believe in the chain of command, Its the chain I use to beat you till you do what i want!!!

but it's allready bean used by ferrari since last year...
the whole concept is to hide the mirrors behind the front wheels so they don't cause any extra drag...
but this car is really SEXY!! the sidepods reminded me with the RB2 last year, just before redbull had to change it

No idea, but it looks like they were taken by a team member or personnel at Silverstone since they are taken from short distance (although one of them is looks like scan of newspaper print).

I found previous one on http://www.f1grandprix.it

Most of them found on the web are on imageshack server apart from those on http://www.f1gradnprix.it there are same on http://www.formula.hu

Wow, now it's a sexier car! I realise that the dark blue was one of the reasons i liked so much the williams last year. This colour fits a racing car pretty well for some reasons. If they were to keep this livery scheme (with just adding the ING logos obviously) I would be happy.

i'm not sure, but i think it's just for testing before the official launch
i only hope that they keep the sidepods' design... it's so similar to the redubull's, but it proved to cause some cooling problems... i just wanna see another sexy car, other than the mclaren...
i alos hope that ferrari will come up with some sexy tiny sidepods

Thinking some more about who took the photos... If they were taken by some paparazzi than he'd sold them to some site or magazine. Since that wasn't the case than it must have been someone who was there in some other function (team member, Silverstone personnel, security...) so he just uploaded them because selling them would probably mean getting sacked from whatever job he had.

This is indeed an interim livery, just for winter testing. I believe that Renault will be testing at Jerez next week. And than the launch follows a week later on Wednesday 24 January. Than the official livery will be presented. I believe that they will keep the dark blue and they will add the orange and white of ING (and the logo).

Simon: Nils? You can close in now. Nils?
John McClane: [on the guard's phone] Attention! Attention! Nils is dead! I repeat, Nils is dead, ----head. So's his pal, and those four guys from the East German All-Stars, your boys at the bank? They're gonna be a little late.
Simon: [on the phone] John... in the back of the truck you're driving, there's $13 billon dollars worth in gold bullion. I wonder would a deal be out of the question?
John McClane: [on the phone] Yeah, I got a deal for you. Come out from that rock you're hiding under, and I'll drive this truck up your ass.

Maybe they were far away and these are cropped long distance photos?

I believe that the colours for the livery are already painted in the background on the team transporters. So, I would bet on yellow/dark blue/orange...
