Exciting with a new track, and another great battle awaits the Mercedes powerhouse.
As i said in the Suzuka thread, one more 1-2 and they have snatched the WCC regardless of what Red Bull does.

Been racing this track on rfactor alot, and it seems quite.good. id say with the slow corners and stop start nature of the circuit, it should suit Lewis more than Nico.

I was quite reluctant with this track at the very first but it seems to be better than I thought. Hopefully we could se a better race than in Japan.

Who will replace Bianchi?

I think this track will suit Lewis, although it was close in Q3 in Singapore.

12 out of 18 corners are basic 90-degree bends; seems like a Mickey Mouse track to me. The racing may still be good though!

My bet would be that RedBull will buy that seat, and Max Verstappen will get some practice before becoming a full TR driver next year.

This scenario is quite similar to Ricciardo's mid-season racing debut with HRT. How plausible could this be?

Sounds pretty good to me, never even thought about that angle. Marussia gets a top talent and get paid for it, i can´t see them turning down such an offer if they are asked.

Won't happen. Max will be in Imola with F3. It's very important for him to end his season with his F3 team.

If you look at the satellite imagery, the place offers some opportunities for beautiful curves rather than hard sharp apex corners that have been used
