AMGs suspension is not illegal, and they have said as much in response to the TD issued. As I dont believe it contravenes the rules as written, RBR otoh.. is reportedly using a "hydromechanical valve actuated logic gate system" to move the heave spring seat affecting ride height through a lap.

Teams will always say they weren't affected even if they were. Doesn't mean much at this point, we will see.

Agreed we just have to wait and see if the balance (no pun intended) of the pecking order is tipped when we get back to racing.
