Autosport confirmed it, too.
I hope the employees find new jobs, as for the management... remember when, after the Brazilian GP, they said that losing the 10th place in the championship wasn't a major concern and that the 2017 season was secured?

Yep:

Just as they had caught up to the back of the grid and the young drivers in the car finally had some kind of a chance of scoring a point or two if the stars aligned.

What a shame.

Agreed, very bad news - we lost another good team with very good potential due to money :(
I'm surprised to see Liberty & FIA did not take any steps to help Manor in order to buy more time.

Redundancy and fire sale. Heart goes out to all involved.

And some people were lamenting Bernie leaving!

I hope the staff find suitable employment ASAP.

Joao Correia, one of the team’s aerodynamicists, posted this photograph of Manor’s 2017 wind tunnel model on social media after news broke that no buyer had been found for the team.

Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

Sexy.

Interesting sidepod flow conditioners (I probably got the name wrong)

TBH nothing said this was going to happen more clearly than Wehrlein getting a Sauber seat.

Interesting to see that the rear wing end plate appears to have a bend in it like theSF-15T pirelli mule.

Doesn't look very pretty imo. I hope others teams are not going in the same direction.

I think it is in the rules. And I think it is not bad.

There may still be some hope. By folding, the administrator may now be willing to settle for less money on the assets and intellectual property. Contracts may be void, too, so that could help with reducing the price of entry. (Maybe will see a Manor/Honda/Dennis team after all?)

I doubt there's many suppliers who could afford to take a bath on their Manor invoices *and* start supplying the team again, so you're looking at cash terms straight away. The best talent will be interviewing next week if not already. Etc etc. I think it's an auction and a farewell, sadly.
