The driver with the greatest carisma. I have never thought someone would overcome Ricciardo in this department, but Lando is by far the most carismatic driver in the field.

Hamilton, Vettel, Leclerc and Verstappen are not even close.

Mclaren has hit a jackpot, when signing him. Now they need to get themself competitive and incorporate Lando as their leading man in the future, like Hakkinen was back in the day.
If i would get the money to start my own F1 team, i would revive Arrows

Yeah it’s all great, but he should have gotten P8.

Yep nice to be the funny man and I get why he’s laughing it off but I bet inside he will be pretty cross with himself. Well he should be at least.
Should have been ahead of the renaults and get the result for the team.
Fingers crossed no mechanical woes as Sainz keeps having slight issues it seems

Sainz:
The rear-end and the car in general has been behaving well the whole weekend and we managed to put together a very good lap in Q3, despite an engine misfire at the end of Sector Three. We lost a couple of tenths there but it didn’t affect the outcome, with P6 being likely out of reach today

A similar incident occurred in Spa as well; but that was mechanical since the intake valve malfunctioned. Let's see if this is electrical or more serious.

Trouble for Daniel Ricciardo and Renault. In the Australian's car, the MGU-K electric motor fed more than the permitted 120 kilowatts into the system. That smells like a disqualification. The stewards are now looking at all the figures.
Norris might just be able to move up a place on the grid.

That is just a very short clip from his interview. He was very frustrated that he let the team down and due to silly mistakes. Honest, apologetic, self critical but not sulking too much and showing a bit of good humour. I'll say well done and good luck tomorrow. He wont make the same mistakes again I am sure.

It’s already happened. Great news.

Mitigates some of the qualifying woes...

Gio & Gasly are now the cars right behind Lando in P9.
