Yeah, lets face it, championship is over.
Red Bull wanted to make Max the youngest champion and that will not happen.
Do you have a cristal ball? Where can I get one of those?
You dont need a cristall ball for this. Look at this:

it is both engine and chassis that Red Bull is getting murdered by Mercedes. And that while from now on engines are basically frozen until 2026 with only small changes allowed (none in 2020 apart from 1 K and control electronics) and chassis development is also severly limited until the end of 2021.

This is game over and an other 2 easy titles for Hamilton. Making it 3 actually fought over titles (2008, 2014 and 2015 titles) and 5 easy titles (2017 onwards).
Engine frozen until 2026?? No way. Only in season development is limited. They can do what they want each winter in the coming years.

Will be interesting to see if Honda concludes that the electrical failures were kerb related and how that impacts RBR's approach for next weekend
Watching onboards of both drivers Max was using the kerbs regularly even during practice while Albon kept out of it mostly. Max prolly not only damaged the new front wing but also the drive components.
It looks like the Honda engine needs is behind curve again because the Renault engine cars were much better in straights

What happened with the race cars after we hear of the only newest grade wing going to Max? did it happen or were they both on the latest spec?
When arguing with a fool, be sure the other person is not doing the same thing.

Only Max was on the latest spec. Alex should get it this weekend though.

That would make no sense. And is not the way I read the token rules.

I heard Horner state that they will analyse the data of both wings to determine which one is best for next weekend. Might be a very minor tweak.

Token rules is for chassis, not engine. Read the-race.com article and you'll understand better.

The same article says only 1 or less change allowed per element for PU. Doesnt clarify if this is 1 during season and free in off-season or 1 change from one year to the next, which is how I read the article. Anyone got the original FIA wording?

But you can introduce engine upgrades between the seasons? Can you not? This ice is now set in stone for multiple years?

As I read it only 1 per calender year and none in 2020 (except 1 MGUK and Control Electronics upgrade). So this either means basically you get one shot (so NOT Melbourne spec + 1 upgrade) every year and if you miss it your year is done. Your Melbourne engine is the engine for your whole year. OR it means Melbourne spec + 1 upgrade. They are not clear on it (depends on wether the homologation carries over or not).

Then at the end of 2023 the development is completely frozen. Meaning you have to use that spec for all the seasons until the 2026 new engine rules. See the table. This could be extremely bad news for Honda.

This. This means merc will not pull out. And will remain winning unless Honda cán close the gap until 2023. That is a massive ask from a company that was unsure to remain in F1 in the first place.

I think a massive --- the privateers is going on since merc stepped up the game in 2014. ALL rule changes benefit them, every time.

But not bad news for Ferrari or Renault right? Don't worry, Honda will keep F1 interesting, can't say that for the other two PU manufacturers.

Ferrari is screwed too. For Renault it doesn’t matter as they themselves already said to stop investing.

All rule changes since 2014 have been in Mercedes’ favor. It is as if Toto has pictures of Jean Todt dressed in a German uniform like his predecessor.
