in the news they told that was because people smoking there are so noisy and also the smoke they produce, there're similar ones banning drinking

Well it's a whole thing...also something that the sign is inconstitutional in the Netherlands, because there you're allowed to smoke Pot if you're 18. And now the've placed a sign on a square that they can't anymore or that they have to pay a fine of 50€. It's to prevent ganging up together...
