Hello guys. I am from Azerbaijan(we will have a Formula 1 race next year) and I want to offer my country to create a team in Formula E. I am rubbish at engineering and dont know a lot about Formula E team management. Help me please to find out how much annual budget will be required in average, how many employees and such kind of information suitable for Formula E. We have Force India in F1,we have Russian Time in GP2, we have Team China in Formula E and i want to find out will a new team be good for this series and for the country. Thank you very much.
