I've just noticed they closed the wheel arch holes. It's a weird hybrid of regulations and technical freedom - which I just don't understand. Why limit themselves to part of a rule set but then make up other bits??! I guess they had a base car which they could bolt bits onto... perhaps that answers my own question...

The sloping front wheel arches look great. The ACO should try and bring that shape into the new regulations and get rid of the current boxes.
