Intermediate rain tyres in F1 are bit useless IMO

Post

Because of raining level uncertain (sometimes drizzle sometimes heavy rain), intermediate rain tyres are seldom to use and mostly using multi-tread (full) rain tyres because of strong grip in wet tracks. I believe F1 should abolish intermediate tyres and rain tyres in F1 only full-wet just like other auto racing tournaments. In MotoGP, the intermediate tyres are abolished because not liked by riders.

Why? Full wet tyres overheat very fast if there's not enough water.

And when the full wets are in the correct window, it's usually too wet and we have a Safety Car.

Full wets will generally go off far to quickly on a drying track to be useful (due mainly to block movement generating heat, but also due to the dynamics of the compound itself).

Intermediates are more useful when the rain has stopped but it is too early for slicks. This is especially true for cars closer to the sharp end of the field, where risk aversion is necessary.

What are you talking about? They use the inters far more often than full wets. Often because the safety car is deployed when it rains heavily (another common fan grievance).
