If Ferrari aren't prepared to back Charles Leclerc, then they've simply lost that killer instinct required of a team in order to win titles.
Vasseur cultivated a no nonsense culture at Alfa Romeo fwiw. Orders came swiftly and without hesitation when they benefitted the team (Bottas and Zhou were swapped around to the benefit of the team. Giovinazzi was moved aside to the benefit of the team. Silverstone would never have happened the way it did with Vasseur in charge. It bodes well for Ferrari to have him here.
