Good question but we don’t know if the Front Wing they used earlier in the year wouldn't pass the new test. Remember they knew about the new FIA FW test for a while now. Also, the new FW tests is to prevent a certain kind of flexing. We don’t know if AM F1 was even doing any of that flexing.

I saw in FP2, Alonso having problems in turn 10. He was getting oversteer. I also know they made some suspension changes in FP2 and it made it worse. In FP3 and quali, the oversteer was gone. Changing the FW with one with less DF might get better balance.

The "mistake" Alonso made in turn 10, on tge final run on Mediums, was that he went a little deep/carried too much speed into 10. Which I understand, the previous run was on softs and he nailed it. Anyways, just saying, it wasn't oversteer.
