Is it possible that they positioned the intercoolers in a more horizontal position for the vortex generators on top to work effectively?
It's possible but It doesn't look like it from the picture. Plus I think the greater the angle the thinner you can make the radiator.
Wouldn't the radiator come in stock for everyone from the engine manufacturer based on the cooling requirements?
no, the radiators are usually specified by the teams and sourced from external suppliers. The engine manufacturer only specifies the massflow and temperature requirements.

There is a funny rule somewhere I thought that the radiators is one of the components you have to build yourself.

Did someone not post a pic of a Manor rad on here a short while back that was Ferrari?

Someone post the bargeboard photo from AMuS. Minor tweak around the vertical element. No other upgrades visible.

Is this the photo you're referring too? Would you mind pointing out the change? I can't seem to find it

I thought right where the vertical element on the sidepod ended there was a new tiny winglet. Was looking at another photo that was taken from a bad angle. My bad. Although it's disappointing since I was expecting major upgrades for Monaco and Canada. Only seem to be track specific ones.

The Halo looks "flatter" & "wider" where the FxPro signage is.

They source the cores from suppliers and weld the end tanks on I believe

I think, looking at the beginning and end of the t-wing and its angle to the neutral plane, that they're trying to get air under the rear wing in the central area and above in the outer zone. I wonder if they are trying to reduce the drag (I know just the absolute minimum about aero)
