On the face of it, it seems odd. I wonder what their logic is. Maybe teams would purposely shunt their cars to get penalty-free upgrades.

Well that would be a expensive move, crash you car to have penalty free engine change. There are different accidents, I think Alonso accident would be excusable as Hartley crash as they are race incidents.

According to Toro Rosso's head of vehicle performance, Gasly suffered a lot of understeer in his last fast lap in Q2 and they're still not sure what caused it. They're going over the data.

i still think points are possible just thats i hope toro rosso put gasly in supersofts rather than ultras. but some how they keep putting gasly on ultras everytime. shame
