Hence why I think all Technical Directives need to be published as open source on the FIA website.

This area of the sport has always been closed off to the public, and needed to be opened up and more transparent. What did TD/033-18 say, what was discussed around it, who asked for it??? We need to know.

total bullshit that they couldn't comply before monza, HAAS aren't so short of money that they couldn't find the budget / time to make the changes before monza, more likely they knew the existing solution was quicker for them at low drag circuits and thought they'd get away with it.

i suspect it doesn't help when you're the team allegedly causing the most problems with the reborn force india, it's no good calling for rules to be enforced and in the next breath asking for an exception yourself

Seemingly Sauber have a few non compliant parts as well.

Could this be the start of a long end of the season with protests?

Very true. It’s amazing how often that is the case!

Id say, scrutineering passed = legal.

Sour grapes from a terrible team and manufacturer that can't get their sh*t together...

I bet Ricciardo is seriously questioning his choice at this point...

So when someone has something ilegal they should keep their mouth shut and not to protest

No, scrutineering should not allow anything illegal to pass inspection... That's the entire point of the process. To insure all competitors adhere to the Formula.

Garbage. I want to see the scrutineering checklists that deemed it legal to race.

And they just guaranteed that Haas will relentlessly mess with anything Force India now... Idiocy.

Dare i say this is 8 of the other teams getting back at Haas for their Force India position?

Don't say "everyone needs to play by the rules", if you can't play by the rules yourself?

Im sure if they were to allow FI to keep the prize monies that Haas seem to be dragging their heels over, Renault may just have turned a bit of a blind eye.

I hope Haas ruin all hope for RPFI now, as well as win their appeal.

Such a great season to end up in the courts to determine 4-6 place...🙄🙄

It's a shame that the FIA doesn't upload any of the technical directives, at least i couldn't find them, if they get out to the public it's usually some journo who managed to take a pic of a printed document
