What about decisions wich never happened?

McLaren not owning a second team would be one of the first in that list I think

Given that Maldonado was GP2 champion and was the last race winner for Williams, I'm reluctant to condemn him, or include him as a bad team decision.

Agree. Had Mclaren bought up Manor and used it s a test bed for Honda engines, things could be so different today.
When arguing with a fool, be sure the other person is not doing the same thing.

Double stacking Hamilton and Bottas pit stop at Chinese Grand Prix was Toto Wolff's idea....well, who else can make that call at Mercedes? :wtf:
Toto mentioned on german tv (RTL) that he usually stays away from these decisions. James Vowles is the one to make that call. However Toto sometimes suggests something which is then considered as option ;)
Pass the blame and keep the pride

RBR saying Verstappen-Ricciardo accident responsibility was 50-50. IMHO that was a SCANDAL, and this motivated Ricciardo departure. Now they surely are regretting with Gasly performing so poorly, but they got what they deserve, allowing one of your drivers crashing with his team mate, not punishing him, and even saying publicly it was a 50-50 responsibility is ignoring a red line
Agreed. Exactly the same stunt they pulled on Webber at Turkey with Vettel and Marko threw Webber under the bus. The details are well documented out there. There's two sorts of drivers at Red Bull, Golden Children and Seatwarmers.
