Ocon only got 3 new tires at the first stop, so that may explain the poor performance during the middle stint.

I guess one tire from the set of Mediums was damaged during the opening lap, and after using the 2nd set for the re-start, that meant only three usable tires were left in the garage.

not a good performance by Ric. change him with Alonso to get familiar with 2020 car and can help in developing 2022 car.

It seems Ric is suffering on bring the Tyre to operational temperature. at the second start he lost the places. I did not except this from him. Some time he seems to be average driver.

Better replace with Alonso and Renault not going to lose much.

Ric was faster than Ocon in the 2nd stint with slower tyres even
Then the 3rd stint both put on hards and Ric overtook Ocon on track without team orders on lap 38 then opened a 14 second gap over the next 14 laps both in clear air. Ric was 1 second a lap quicker than ocon.
Usually the best of the best drivers are half a second quicker but 1 second is insane over a 14 lap stint like that.

Ric's driving was on another planet compared to Ocon's and you calling him average?

Ric got held up by Ocon the first time around. That slowed him down. Then Perez PU failure was kind of a blessing and a curse cause he moved up 1 possition with the retirement but didn't have time to pass Gas. .

Yes Ric did get a poor 2nd start that is true and questions are fine.
But it does seem you have ruffled quite a few feathers with your other statements as pasted below.

In Bahrain Ric apart from the poor second start schooled Ocon with an incredible final stint which i pasted info above with Ric coming in 7th with 6 points and Ocon in 9th and only 2 points. So Ric definately had a better Bahrain than Ocon overall.

Overall Ric is on 102 points over double Ocons on 42 with Renault fighting for best of the rest constructors points. And you want to swap Renault's star driver for the last 2 races with Alonso (who yes is an incredible driver, 1 of the best of all time), cold turkey next weekend who is not up to speed with the car which he even admitted at the recent filming day test?

I think English is not his main language. I'm not sure he' s deleivering the message "Exactly" how he wants it conveyed. It can be a little rough. I usually get the gist of it.
