No, Sutil said he injured a person (who else than Lux?) and apologized. But he states that his actions were unintended.

I think Sutil said what he said before these legal proceedings were brought forth. In light of them, I think he would likely choose to amend his statement, but that's obviously just speculation on my part. For the purposes of the following discussion however, and until the legal process deems otherwise, I think it's best we keep in mind that these are allegations and nothing more.

I might be just nitpicking (and maybe even exposing a bit of American naivete), but I take the presumption of innocence to heart.
