With or without the Targa Roll bar it is still a Dodge Viper.

In fact, Jag sports, Vette & Viper all have a good reputation as effective 'budget' alternatives to the real pricey exotica,
although for practicable speed on a tight budget, fast motorcycles - do of course - piss all over real-world road cars..

Real aero-downforce & super fat sticky tyres convey certain advantages, & esp' for race vehicles..
..but for on road/real world conditions.. ..not so much..

Even on the track, & at a fast flowing place - Phillip Is GP..
.. the production (road) bike 250cc fastest lap - is as quick as the best time put up by a Mitsubishi Evo turbo AWD..
