Hey guys don't forget that a lot of the damper testing is done in car on a seven post test rig where the circuit can be simulated quite accurately.

Ok, heard this one?

Some cars have mass dampers - not physically connected to the suspension, but in the nose. When the tyre bounces off a kerb or bump, the mass damper controls the bounce a bit like the dampers they put in sky-scrapers to control movement.
