Like everything in F1 these days it is an unbelievably complex solution. So many molded parts to this item.
Diffuser in Ti ? Maybe to eliminate potential corrosion in this non-serviceable part ?
I'm curious, what is the inside diameter of the main inlet? Looking at the photo's I wouldn't think velocity of oil flow was a main design driver for this centrifuge, after all, the inlet includes a fairly sharp near 90 degree bend.
That said, I don't have any real experience here.
