For reference, I would be intrigued to learn just how many bolts you will find on a modern F1 car anyway?
Outside the engine that is. 1000 USD wheel-nuts don't count either.

you may read again our forum members original question.
..
He was actually asking for the connection method of torsionbar to rockerarm ...

marcush,
The torsion bar-to-rocker arm connection is normally a spline joint, since it must transfer torque. The spline tooth counts on opposite ends of the torsion bar are sometimes selected to provide a "vernier" effect. The precision vernier indexing is used to vary spring preload without altering the rocker geometry. Since there is very little axial force on the torsion spring it can usually be kept in place with a snap ring.

Great topic, and threads like this are the reason I use F1T.
Not much to contribute, but I was looking at the SR-71 Blackbird at Duxford recently which I believe has Ti body and wings and fasteners. Apparently the ground crew couldn't use regular tools as the screw heads would be weakened by flakes of cadmium

It's still not clear... I am guessing the snap ring goes on the top side? So it's an external snap ring then.
Here are Some images, I still can't see what is going on. Try these..
Here is another one.

quite amusing to see in the lower pic a set of "amateur" oehlins shocks.. hardly something you would put on a F1car ..ttx is not that expensive...but of course those 400€ per damper is a lot less .. but it seems they use std oehlins bump rubbers inside as well..
the lower one is not torsion bar...btw..

Car looks very well prepared though. What is it, does anyone know? The last car I ran with pneumatic gear shift was a complete nightmare and had to carry around a 3.5kg compressor to activate it!
