Because it's the CORRECT MARKET!!!
Honda use to know this but lost their way!!!

Sao Paulo is one of the leading markets for personal owned helicopters!!!
Brazil is perfect to be the BETA TEST MARKET for eVTOL!

If Honda builds a new auto plant in USA,
it should be for only one thing!
Full Size HEV Trucks & SUV
Flex-Fuel NA 5.0L V8 HEV
RWD ,AWD & eAWD
Partner with Toyota on the Platform but using Honda Power-Train.
Build the plant in Arkansas, Oklahoma or Louisana not too far from Toyota new plant in Texas.
Honda should not build the plant in TX!!
