I installed tapatalk support on a phpbb board today. Took me 15 minutes and works like a charm. If you need technical help, feel free to contact me via mail or pn.
Best way to do it is to first install AutoMOD, and then install tapatalk support via AutoMOD. This way you get full push notification support.

I think this would be really useful. Does anyone use it on other forums?

Personally I use it in every forum that supports it. Which is nearly every forum I regularly visit.

Installing autoMOD by itself is already somewhat of an issue as this forum is adapted with modifications developed internally.
However, I realise it would be interesting to be able to use tapatalk, so I'll work on it more this weekend.

Your internal mods shouldn't be a problem. You can install AutoMOD on top of them, so they exist side by side. You also could skip AutoMOD completely, but this way you will loose push notification support for tapatalk.

not working for me. I can log in but cannot view any threads after doing so. Clicking any options shows this error:
EDIT: I can see the threads as a 'guest' but open threads does not display any posts and shows same error as above.

@Cam: Strange, is that the latest version of the app?
I'm testing on Android 4.0 and it all works fine, although in latest nothing gets listed.
Anyway, I changed a few lines of code, can you check again?

Is latest app - just downloaded.
I quit app and re-launched it. No change in results.
EDIT: searching while logged in displays search results - cannot view the post though - same error as above.
EDIT: I can see my messages and can view them. Cannot reply - new error:

I can see posts if I click on the notifications - so when you just replied before, I see that notification in Tapatalk, and I can see the whole thread and posts.
Cannot reply to any posts using that method.
Cannot change pages. Error 1620 again.
EDIT: strangely, if I log off, then back on, I get the same errors trying to display threads, but, I can access this thread on Tapatalk now - it displays all the posts but not change pages or reply still.

That's working really well now Tomba. Great work!
Unable to vote on threads. Not sure whether that's a big deal or not. I'm happy to go back to the PC to do this.
