i know what you mean. In terms of reg boxes nobody should have an excuse (obviously) and the intake area etc
but surely the whole fia rule book isn't going to be checked against every car every time there surely isn't the time?

Nick
Is there any way for me who just can´t undestand the technical regulations of F1 to check if my car is meeting the regulations regarding dimensions of frontwings .etc?
Edit: Nevermind I found a way.

if you've got the supplied tub you have the reg boxes. for anything else just ask mate. the appendix on the fia website for the rules is a great help because it has diagrams in relation to the rules it is talking about (thats what i use). so if your talking abou the front wing, look for the diagram about the front wing and the regs are labled on it with the regs underneith

Yea I found out that the tub was good for checking the rules.
The appendix there is just way too complicated for me. And that its turned the wrong way doesn't make it better really.

Are we allowed to modify brake ducts?

No, supplied suspension/ wheels/ brake ducts/ tyres must not under any circumstances be changed

Could we look into relaxing some rules later down the line?
Once the first three races are done with everyone should be competent enough to supply a legal car with all parts included (unlike in the test race).
As I mentioned to astra in PM the other day, having to use the supplied rear crash structure has created more work for me as it is higher than what mine was at the gearbox attachment.
I also would love to get my hands on the brake ducts as the are HUGE, we havent seen them like that in real F1 for a while. For renders I will certainly affix my own.

Sorry for my absolutely stupid questions but I don´t want to be DSQ from the race because of something stupid.
Does anyone know where you have to connect the cooling outlets to?

Put them where you want.
Here is some handy pics from Scarbs on last years Sauber -

As long as the sum of all outlets is 26000mm² you will be fine
