1) What is the device in front of the mechanic's face? Suspension related?

2) The orange colored tube, lower right corner, is it a shock? Why no hoses to it?

3) Would there be an assembly manual with clearance, torques, etc.?

Moog valve assembly then?

How about the orange shock like body?

Do you think someone makes up a manual?

You can get moog manuals easy enough, 95% of that photo is of 'bespoke' design.
In short, no cigar for rebuild manual.
If you ask F1snake nicely, or pay him some dollars, he has a trove of information on the 2007 honda gearbox.
He might not share, given the hard work it took him to gather the information.

Back in the 2002 there was heaps of vector spline rich pdf manuals from f1 part manufacturers.
Most are now wise to digital information sharing. (a vector spline drawing is nearly as good as having cad files)

Try Sachs, ohlins, penske google searches.
I had the rear shock in vector from the F2000/AP04 but lost it in a hard drive crash.

As far a sequential gearbox goes, buy a blown jap motorbike donk and pull apart the gearbox, similar design theory.

(plenty of vector rich jap engine rebuild manuals) HINT!
