Chapeau my friend. Very neat work, I really love that livery. Very professional renderings, hope you can bring it up to regs, can you work with actual dimensions in 3d max? Like in mm, cm, inches, etc?

yes you can, its just not the easiest thing to do, you can work in inches, mm, meters, and generic units

Hey thanks to all!
Well I'm sorry, but the new f1 that i'm working on would, again, be illegal. I had too much work done and it's a bit late. I have however, adjusted the dimensions to look more legal.
After I am done with this one I'll do a fully legal car. Altough I will certainly ask for help because I've downloaded the pdf and i'ts a PAIN in the A** for me to understand!

Give the appendix a read too it helped me a lot in understanding bodywork regulations

Thanks for the apendix MemorableC!!! It has clarified me a lot of things... altough I suspect that to verify if something is legal or not, I can just post a render of it and let the experts help me!
