Suggestion: Jump to post & Youtube vids

A little while ago it was implemented that pictures in quotes would be converted to normal links. A suggestion i would like to show for this is to also apply this for youtube links(as well as other media stuff).
Another suggestion I have is the following; With the quotes and the discussions going on, you sometimes want to read back to it and see the posts 'around' the quote, now you have to search the post yourself, in days like these that is doable, but in race weekends when there is much more activity making reading back to the post quite hard. Therefore I would like to suggest a 'jump to post' option, which would automaticly jump to the quoted post. I think that this would really ease reading through large topics, or topics with lots of activity(for example race topics).
