If you pay close attention to the press release, it makes it very clear that Rueda will *not* be responsible for race strategy. Instead, he'll be taking up Beat Zehender's role (FIA Liason).

I don't think my issue with Rueda has to do with strategy decisions per se, more so with lack of improvement over time, in fact got worse over time. That's a sign of a bad manager/leader and that usually doesn't depend on the task at hand.

I really thought the same, in the past she had to do with composite design which we also have involved with the gearbox.
