I'm pretty sure that's the heat reflective coating and not carbon fibre. The colour is a bit too light

Those transmissions and rear-ends look like they are waiting for the engine. Hope it shows up.

Compared to last year's Gbox (Renault PU)
The 2014 one obviously has much bigger holes on the side walls for the exhaust and the compressor air ducts
The 2015 Gbox looks a bit shorter too. It 'hosts' only the turbine.
