I don't know who made this surely well-intentioned sketch. But maybe he or she hasn't heard that Mercedes cars are mostly painted silver in f1.

I'm sure whomever created the livery had a good understanding that Mercedes is typically "silver" but dared to push the envelope by consuming the livery with a semi-gloss black

Looks like another RBR livery though a little less detailed, i can see some digital pattern camo in this livery which is nice!
