I was wondering wat the advantages are of different teams running more curvy front wings, that from running ones with straight edges, like on the bottom of the front wings like on BMW, Honda

I think that essentially it enables to fit wider wing in span limited by regulations. It also enables different conditioning of air flow and influence on car handling than flat wing so it is much more sophisticated and usefull.

So like y is it that only like 2 or 3 teams have this kind of wing, and others, do not. Like I believe Renault, Mcleran, and i think Williams or Ferrari, but im ot sure have it, and the other teams do not. Is it because of the cost or wat?

All teams have "curvy" front wing just not same amount of curvature because wing shape depends on keel choice and overall design of the car.

Its far too complex to simply look at it and say A is better than B.

Although, in saying that, if you match up the 2nd element to the suspension, there should be consistencies between the two.

Different designers have different ideas on how to make the front end of the car work with downforce distributiono of the front wing and the endplate design, and they are seen up and down the grid on different cars.
